Wilbert is the entrepeneurial drive behind In Search for Balance in Life.

For the past 13 years, Wilbert has conducted a private Coaching and Training practice. He has worked with people in the
Netherlands, the US, Australia, Austria, Malaysia and since the beginning of 2007 he moved to Perth, Western Australia. He has developed and presented numerous professional and personal development training courses, coached and trained over 5500 people, authored a book as well as other publications and engaged in numerous public speaking.
He is a Trainer & Coach with
nearly 20 years of experience in Personal Development, Sales, Leadership, Communication, Neuro Linguistic programming, Family Constellations, Body & Energy Work, Time and Stress Management and Work-Life balance issues. He is very passionate about human potential and possibilities. Fuelled by the conviction that every person has a right and an obligation to use their full potential. Wilbert has over
2000 paid coaching hours under his belt, so to speak!
Throughout this timeline, he has designed, developed and delivered behavioural training focussed on communication, leadership, time & stress management, sales, personal development and negotiation. All on different levels within several organisations. The branches he worked with are Banking & Insurance, Tourism, Recruitment, Government & Industry. To name some: ABN, Rabobank, Thomas Cook, Heineken, Langehout Reizen, Randstad, Vedior, Tempo-Team, Neckerman Reizen, SMC Engineering, Generali and KPMG.All in the top 25 of businesses in the Netherlands.
To design and develop trainings as well as deliver and facilitate them, an important part was to analyse the training needs. And off course managing the overall quality and effectiveness of the training services. Throughout the years, he had to manage large training projects for over 400 FTE as well as for just 10 FTE.
The methods he uses are rooted in Coach Psychology, NLP, Family Constellation Work, Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive Therapy and will take approximately
8 - 12 sessions depending on the issue and the individual.
Passionate about personal and professional development, he is committed to enhancing individual's potential in all areas of life. Believing that every person is capable of doing whatever it takes to achieve their best, it is his privilege to function as coach, mentor, counsellor, facilitator and trainer.
He is an
international accredited coach, trainer & counsellor with over 275 formal training days. He has worked with over 5000 people to help them achieve their highest potential. In 2009 he will be accredited as a
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) within the International Coach Federation (ICF)
A member of the Global NLP Training & Consulting Community, the International Coach Federation, the Phoenix Ethical Commission, the International Association of Coaches, the Australian Board of NLP and The American Institute of NLP.
